• Green synthesis of bioactive compounds like enzyme inhibitors Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase inhibitors, β-lactams, a-acylamino amides, β-amino alcohols, β-amino ketones, β-amino ketones etc.
• Multicomponent reactions and development of novel multicomponent protocols for accessing drug-like compounds.
• Development of novel multicomponent reactions based on the Single Replacement Strategy Extension on classical multicomponent reactions.
• Combinatorial synthesis of drug-like compounds like a-acylamino carboxamides, a-acyloxy carboxamides and dihydropyrimidinones
• Development and functionalization of of 5-membered and 6-membered heterocycles using multicomponent reactions.
• Click Chemical synthesis of 1,2,3-trizaoles and linking of highly functionalized bioactive compounds using click chemistry.
