These are days of rapid changes everywhere, and consequently, old values are sometimes thrown overboard. Devagiri College has been particularly careful not to lose sight of the ideals of Blessed Chavara, the founder of the CMI congregation that manages this college. Instead of resting on laurels, Devagiri College renews every year its resolve to improve upon its heritage. True to this resolution, Devagiri College presented this year a picture of orchestrated efforts on the academic and co-curricular fronts and, no wonder; the campus throbbed with numerous activities and events of an unprecedented scale and frequency. With enviable achievements to their credit, the staff and students not only lived up to the tradition, but also made a substantial contribution to it. What follows is a true picture of Devagiri, giving special care to document the activities and achievements and to freeze and preserve in a pictorial form all the precious moments and evanescent moods that define the very being of this institution. It is presented with great pleasure and a sense of gratitude to all concerned, and above all, to God Almighty.
